We offer a variety of accommodations ranging from standard kennels to luxury suites, all designed to ensure your dog’s comfort and safety. Each option includes bedding, daily cleaning, and access to play areas.

For the safety of all our guests, we require all dogs to be up-to-date on vaccinations, including rabies, DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza, and parvovirus), and bordetella.

Yes, we can accommodate dogs with special dietary needs. Please inform us at the time of booking and bring any special food or supplements that your dog requires. We will ensure your pet follows its home diet as closely as possible.

We do rotational play from 7 AM to 12 PM and from 3 PM to 8:30 PM. Groups or individual play is limited to 15-45 minutes during the Summer months. Individual exercise needs are considered for each pet on a customized basis. We offer treadmill training as a supplement along with hiking from 12-3 during the Fall, Winter, and Spring seasons. 

Yes, absolutely! You will have Sara's direct cell number and she will provide updates as they are asked for! Occasionally we snap a cute photo or video and share it with the owners! However, our time is largely spent interacting with the dogs... not on our cells. 

Check-in and check-out times are typically during our business hours from 8 AM to 12 PM and 3 PM to 8 PM. We offer a grace period for check-outs, after which an additional day’s fee may apply. Please inquire about specific times and any available flexibility.

Sara can administer oral, topical medications, and injectable medications according to your specifications. Please bring medications in their original packaging with clear instructions.

Yes, we offer a range of grooming services, including baths, nail trims, and ear cleaning. These services can be scheduled during your dog’s stay. Any stay over 7 days will receive a free bath.

In the event of an emergency, we will immediately contact you or your designated emergency contact. We have procedures in place to quickly address the situation and, if necessary, transport your dog to a nearby veterinary clinic.

Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person. We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, which is refundable up to 7 days before the stay begins.

That’s ok! Even if your pup isn’t a fan of other four-legged furbabies, they still are more than welcome! We offer 1:1 enrichment and play at no additional cost.
